1-year warranty: Free repair or replacement (parts and labor included) for manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase required. Excludes misuse, accident, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modification. Return shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the customer. All repairs must be performed by our service center; any modification or repair by an unauthorized center will void the warranty. Once the repair is complete, Clinique Lafontaine will make the product available for pickup or ship it to the customer at their expense.
