The diffuser is used for:

Maintenance

Please soak the tip (plastic nozzle) in alcohol for a moment. Sometimes the essential oil is too sticky and the tip gets clogged. Or there may be a foreign object in the bottle blocking the tip. Soaking it in alcohol for a moment usually resolves these issues. The tip can be disassembled and soaked in rubbing alcohol. Using a pin can also help gently dislodge a foreign object from the tip.

1-Year Warranty: Free repair or replacement (parts and labor included) for manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase required. Excludes misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. Return shipping costs for repairs are the customer’s responsibility. All repairs must be performed by our service center; any modifications or repairs by an unauthorized service center will void the warranty. Once the repair is complete, Clinique Lafontaine may make the product available for pickup or ship it to the customer at the customer’s expense. The warranty does not cover the USB cable.
