Delivery, pickup, and additional fees

Delivery times and costs once the order has been processed: 90% of packages in Quebec arrive within 1 to 3 business days, with tracking. Delivery times may vary depending on the region, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier strikes, or unexpectedly high demand.

*Certain remote locations with postal codes that incur additional charges from our carriers are subject to extra fees. Please note that in some circumstances where the carrier applies unusual charges for delivery to a Canadian area, we may need to confirm these charges with you before proceeding with shipment. Please note that in some cases, you may be charged a portion of these fees.

Parcel delivery WITH signature

Orders over $499.99 require a signature (valued at $2.95, offered free of charge) upon delivery to confirm receipt, thereby reducing the risk of theft for valuable parcels.

The package requires a signature. If you are not home, it will be left at a pickup point (the amount of time you have to pick up your package depends on the carrier). After this period, it will be returned to us.

Parcel delivery WITHOUT signature

The parcel is left at the address provided, sometimes visible from the street. To limit risks (theft, freezing, etc.), we recommend adding a delivery note specifying a safe hiding place (e.g., on the side of the house, behind the trash cans). Pick up the parcel quickly after delivery.

Pick up your package at our store in Drummondville.

The package will be held for 21 days. After this period, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Reshipment and refunds

If a package is returned, reshipment costs $19.95* (in addition to charges for remote locations and heavy or oversized items). In the event of a refund request, the initial shipping costs are not refunded. You can also pick up the package in Drummondville within 21 days of notification, after which a refund will be issued.
