Adults and children (2 years and older):

Apply a thin, even layer to the affected area, massaging it in. Consult a healthcare professional if the condition worsens or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days.

Storage:Store at room temperature, out of reach of children.

IMPORTANT:Wash hands thoroughly with soap after application.

NOTE:As we use good percentages of essential oils in this product, if these oils are slightly more colored and aromatic, and were produced at the beginning or end of a season, then we will have a more or less pronounced color and smell.

The product's color may change from cream to pastel green, and its minty scent may vary in intensity depending on the season. This cream is made from natural ingredients, and we are subject to the results of nature and its seasons.

Only a very small amount of this product should be applied to the painful area. As it is very active, a small quantity is sufficient. Too much of this product in combination with massage oil could cause the formation of small "lumps."

Medicinal ingredients

Arnica:Research at the "University of California San Francisco Medical Center" has shown that topical application of arnica is very effective in reducing hematomas, edema, bruises, and inflammation.

MSM:Studies at the "University of Oregon Medical School" show that MSM has major pharmacological actions: anti-inflammatory and analgesic. Thanks to the sulfur it contains, MSM contributes to maintaining the good condition of connective tissues (tendons, deep dermis, collagen, cartilage, etc.).

Essential oil complex (wild mint, peppermint, camphor,
eucalyptus globulus, rosemary, balsam fir menthol):Analgesic, anesthetic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antibacterial. Refreshing, vascular and lymphatic stimulant. Helps relieve arthritic, rheumatic, and neuralgic pain.

Tocopherol (vitamin E):Antioxidant, moisturizer, helps slow cell degeneration and promotes cell renewal.

Boswellia:Traditionally used to relieve arthritis pain. Boswellic and alpha-boswellic acid have anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic effects for acute and chronic pain. Boswellia significantly reduces swelling and inflammation, increases mobility, and therefore effectively reduces pain.
