Refund policy

Product Returns

Sometimes a purchase does not meet your expectations. Our return policy is the same online and in-store.

  • Returns or exchanges: Accepted within 15 days with invoice, products intact and in original packaging. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
  • Procedure: Contact our customer service department to obtain approval before returning a product.
  • Warranty Conditions:
    • *Upon purchase, for Flexi-Pro Treatment Tables, Flexi-Pro Electric Treatment Tables, and Optimal-Electric Treatment Tables, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the warranty includes parts and advice but excludes labor.

Up to 15 days after purchase:

  • Order error or defective product: We will correct any error on our part free of charge, including return shipping costs. A refund, repair, or exchange is possible (parts and labor included*). Please provide a clear photo or video of your entire order, along with details of the problem. We can arrange for the product to be picked up at our expense, depending on the situation.
  • Non-defective product: Refund or exchange possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

From the 16th day after purchase:

  • Order error or non-defective product: No refund or exchange.
  • Defective product under warranty: Depending on the product warranty in effect, a repair (parts and labor included*) or replacement may be performed. We will cover the return shipping costs*.
