1-Year Warranty: Free repair or replacement (parts and labor included) for manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase required. This excludes misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for repairs. All repairs must be performed by our service center; any modifications or repairs by an unauthorized service center will void the warranty. Once the repair is complete, Clinique Lafontaine may make the product available for pickup or ship it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
