Magnesium Bisglycinate

Magnesium bisglycinate is recommended for all types of muscle injuries, for strengthening or relaxing muscles, and in cases of moderate or long-term stress. It is also an ally in helping maintain normal muscle function, including the heart muscle.

This source of magnesium is also indicated for:

• stress;
• muscle cramps;
• muscle pain;
• fibromyalgia;
• chronic fatigue;
• regulating calcium and other minerals;
• promoting acid-base balance;
• pregnancy and breastfeeding;
• sleep disorders;
• joint and rheumatic pain.

Note:Magnesium bisglycinate does not cause diarrhea, unlike other sources of magnesium.
