Instructions for use
Massage:To obtain a 5% dilution, ideal for massages, mix 5 ml of essential oil with 100 ml of vegetable oil, alcohol-free gel, cream, or pure massage emulsion.
In case of decreased libido: Massage the lower back twice a day until improvement.
Essential Oil Diffuser:Add 15 drops of essential oil to a diffuser for 10 to 15 minutes once a day for a room measuring 10’ X 12’ (3 m X 4 m) or according to the size of the room.
Optimal positioning:Treatment room, lounge, family room, and bedroom.
Dry inhalation:Apply 2 or 3 drops of essential oil on a handkerchief and breathe in for two minutes, morning and evening, to help reduce stress levels.
