Its wonderful active ingredients act as an antidote for joint and muscle pain, for rheumatism, cramps, and neuralgia. Its action is optimized by black spruce and hemlock.

Directions for use
*DO NOT USE UNDILUTED. ALWAYS DILUTE.
Spot massage locally on the chest and back: apply 3 to 4 drops of essential oil on the affected area or to be treated. Mix the essential oil with the vegetable oil of your choice.
Massage: To obtain a 5% dilution, ideal for massages, mix 5 ml of essential oil with 100 ml of vegetable oil, alcohol-free gel, cream, or virgin massage emulsion.
Inhalation: Apply 2 or 3 drops on a handkerchief and breathe for a few minutes. Stop if you feel any discomfort. Repeat as often as necessary OR Boil water, remove from heat, pour into a dish, add a few drops of essential oil, cover your head with a towel and breathe gently.
Essential oil diffusers: Add a few drops to a diffuser. Duration: 10 to 15 minutes depending on the size of the room.

In cases of dry cough, irritation, or whooping cough, it is also not recommended. Prolonged use could lead to kidney inflammation (nephritis). May not be suitable for sensitive skin.
