AromaDefense is an all-action formula, easy to use to tackle common respiratory infections on a daily basis.

The set of active ingredients that make up the selected essential oils is very effective for the entire respiratory and immune system. They are antiseptic, antiviral, antibacterial, decongestant, antitussive, bactericidal, anti-infective, mucus-thinning, and atmospheric antiseptics.

1.Purify the air as a preventive measure

Diffusing purifying, bactericidal, and antiviral essential oils to prevent contamination is a preventive health measure. A combination of essential oils in synergy enhances the effects of each other.

Diffuse the AromaDefense formula every day in the home, office, or workplace for about 30 minutes.

It's a pleasant and natural way to practice good prevention.

2.Use simple and effective wording

For a stuffy nose due to a cold:

• Add 1 to 2 drops of the AromaDefense formulation onto a damp tissue. Take several deep breaths in and out 3 times a day for 6 days.

For nasal discharge due to a cold:

• Place 2 drops of the formulation on a dry tissue, combined with 2 drops of eucalyptus globulus. Take several deep breaths in and out 3 times a day for one week.
  
• Apply a drop of the formulation in a dollop of Moisturizing Renovating Cream on the frontal sinuses (2 cm above the eyebrows) twice a day. Avoid contact with the eyes.
  
• Or diffuse the formulation in a diffuser.
  

Otitis:

• Dilute 2 drops of the formulation in 5 to 6 drops of pure vegetable oil. Apply this mixture around the outside of the ear flap at the back of the ear (not in the ear canal), 3 times a day for 6 days. Formula 66 is also an excellent natural treatment for ear infections.
  

Sinusitis:

• Mix 4 drops of the formulation into a dollop of Moisturizing Renovating Cream. Apply this mixture to the frontal sinuses (2 cm above the eyebrows) and maxillary sinuses (on each side of the nose) up to 4 times a day.
  

Flu, febrile states, fever, and muscle aches:

• Take a hot bath (37 to 39 °C) with peat mud or MyoSel and 15 drops of the formulation.
  
• Friction the soles of the feet and the spine with a few drops of the formulation diluted in a vegetable oil (half and half).
  

Bronchial congestion:

• Rub the chest and middle of the back with the formulation and/or Orthorub Pro Advanced, morning and evening.
  
• Distribute the formulation throughout the rooms of the house.
  

Cough syrup for dry cough (from 6 years old):

• Mix 3 drops of the formulation into a teaspoon of honey. Take this mixture 3 times a day.
  

Wet cough (from 6 years old):

• Dry inhalation: place 3 to 5 drops of the formulation on a handkerchief. Breathe deeply 3 times a day.
  
• Skin application: mix 1 drop of the formulation with 4 drops of vegetable oil. Massage the chest and upper back 3 times a day, not exceeding 5 days.

A formulation of 6 essential oils for 14 key actions

Eucalyptus globulus(Eucalyptus globulus) : 
Rich in 1,8-cineole and alpha-pinene, it is an antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory agent for the bronchi and bronchioles that controls mucus hypersecretion. It is also a decongestant and expectorant.

Marjolaine(Origanum majorana) :
Thanks to linalool, it is antibacterial, soothing, and supports the immune system. Marjoram is also known as a muscle relaxant due to its analgesic and pain-relieving properties.

Melaleuca(Melaleuca alternifolia) : 
Powerful antiseptic and antiviral thanks to its terpinene and 1,8-cineole, it protects against infections.

Lemon(Citrus limonum) : 
Based on limonene and citral, it acts as an anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and atmospheric antibacterial while providing a refreshing note.

Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) :
Rich in limonene, it promotes a purified atmosphere thanks to its antiseptic and antibacterial actions, synergistic with lemon, while providing a feeling of relaxation.

Peppermint(Mentha Piperita) :
Thanks, among other things, to its menthol, it offers pain-relieving, antibacterial, and antiviral action as well as refreshing, antitussive, and tonic effects.
