Magnesium bisglycinate
Magnesium bisglycinate is recommended for all types of muscle injuries, for muscle strengthening or relaxation, as well as in cases of moderate to long-term stress. It also supports the normal function of muscles, including the heart muscle.
This source of magnesium is also indicated for:
