• Returns or exchanges:Accepted within 15 days with invoice, products intact and in the original packaging. The refund is applied to the original payment method.

• Order error or defective product: We will correct any error on our part free of charge, including the return shipping cost. A refund, repair, or exchange is possible (parts and labor included*). • Non-defective product:Refund or exchange possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

From the 16th day after purchase:

• Defective product under warranty:According to the product's current warranty, a repair (including parts and labor*) or a replacement may be carried out. Return shipping costs will be covered by us*.
