Promotions:Please note that all promotions mentioned on the Clinique Lafontaine website, its various channels, as well as in its various points of sale, may be changed without prior notice.

The use of well-being points in connection with the rewards program cannot be applied simultaneously with ongoing promotions. This means that the user can choose to use either well-being points or a current promotion in the virtual shopping cart, but not both at the same time. This limitation is due to the fact that the transactional system on the website only allows for one action at a time.

    4. Very defective:If it is related to transportation, we will take the necessary steps with the carrier and assume the related costs if necessary. If an item becomes defective within the first 15 days following the purchase, you can choose between a refund or an exchange. If this happens after this period, the manufacturer's warranty terms will prioritize repair or replacement. To analyze the ambiguity, a photo showing the non-compliant product or a photo of the entire order with the damaged box may be requested for analysis purposes.

Exceptions for non-portable tables (Comfort-Table and Electro-Comfort Massage Tables):Please note that in the case of a return of one of these non-defective products, within 15 days following the purchase, Clinique Lafontaine will deduct 15% when refunding your purchase.
