Slow and laborious digestion?

Symptoms:

Cause:

It is in fact due to too much absorption of saturated fats in the diet (fats of animal origin). The liver then produces thicker bile and therefore in less quantity.

Nutritional rehabilitation:

  • Ask your client for a dietary report in order to make recommendations for a permanent result
  • Cut animal fats and also reduce sugar intake (especially sodas)
  • Increase fiber (fruits and vegetables)
  • Consume whole grain cereal products
  • Take a cup of hot water with the juice of half a fresh lemon every day
  • Eat leisurely (3 meals at set times and 3 snacks)
  • Drink plenty of water (6 to 8 glasses of water per day)
