Deep Relaxing Bath Protocol (Myosel + Marjoram Essential Oil)
The deep relaxing bath combining therapeutic bath salt Myosel and marjoram essential oil (Origanum majorana) is a powerful muscle care protocol, designed to promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support body recovery. It allows for deep action, especially thanks to the active ingredients of marjoram essential oil, which act on the nervous and muscular systems through the phenomenon of cutaneous osmosis.
4-Step Bath Protocol
1. Prepare the Mixture
For a standard single bath, pour 50g of Myosel into your hand or a dispenser and add up to 15 drops of marjoram essential oil to the Myosel.
If you have a double bath, pour 100g of Myosel into your hand or a dispenser and add up to 30 drops of marjoram essential oil to the Myosel.

2. Prepare the Bath
Run a warm bath at 38 °C. Pour the mixture directly under the water stream to ensure homogeneous and safe dispersion throughout the bath.
3. Take the Bath Immersed up to the Shoulders
Immerse yourself up to your shoulders, head out of the water, for approximately 20 minutes. It is crucial to respect this duration: the active ingredients only begin to penetrate the skin through osmosis after 8 to 12 minutes of exposure. Leaving the bath too early significantly limits the effectiveness of the treatment and deprives the body of its essential benefits.
4. After the Bath
Gently dry yourself without rubbing. Take a few minutes to rest, ideally lying down for the same amount of time as the bath duration (e.g., 20 minutes) to prolong the effect of deep muscle relaxation and détente.
Important Precautions ⚠️
- It is advisable to maintain good hydration by drinking water, before and after the bath.

Never pour essential oil directly into the bath water : it would float on the surface and could irritate the skin.
- Do not exceed 15 drops of marjoram essential oil for a single bath.
