For static use

 Use: 
Add 1 or more cups as needed to the desired area for immediate relief or to prevent pain in heavily used muscles. Repeat daily or as advised by your specialized therapist until complete well-being returns.

Procedure for using the cups:
Apply a thin layer of MyoRub+ evenly, massaging the affected area. Place the cup directly on the painful area. Then place your thumb in the center of the cup and push, lifting the edges by pulling the skin to create a vacuum suction. 

Keep the cups in place for 3 to 15 minutes as advised by your specialized therapist. To remove the cups, place a finger under the cup to break the suction.

* Neuro cups are not intended for gliding massage.

Possible side effects:
Temporary redness, tingling, or itching may occur, but are generally normal due to increased vascularity in the treated area. These effects will disappear within a few hours to a few days after application.
