General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Promotions: Please note that all promotions mentioned on the Clinique Lafontaine website, its various channels, as well as in its different points of sale, may be changed without notice.
Customer Responsibility for the Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their delivery address before finalizing the order. Errors may result in additional fees for reshipping.
Other conditions:
- Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Affirm Financing (formerly PayBright).
- Purchase conditions: Clinique Lafontaine distributes its products exclusively. They cannot be sold in large retail stores without prior agreement. Any violation may result in the suspension of supply.
- Product Promotion: Any promotion on a website or catalog requires written authorization. The use of visuals (photos, models, etc.) for magazines, newspapers, or the Internet is prohibited without written consent.
Return and Refund Policy
Sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Our return and refund policy is the same for both online and in-store purchases.
- Procedure: Please contact our customer service team in Drummondville to obtain approval before returning any product.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, any cosmetic or body care product (including, but not limited to, creams, massage oils, gels, and essential oils) that has been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases of quality defects (alteration, contamination, defect, or non-compliance) or a documented physical reaction.
Within the first 15 days following purchase:

Returns or exchanges:
Accepted within 15 days with receipt, provided the products are intact and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. -
Order error or defective product:
We will correct any error on our part at no cost, including return shipping fees. A refund, repair, or exchange may be offered (parts and labor included*). Please provide a clear photo or video of your entire order, along with details of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may arrange product pickup at our expense. -
Non-defective product:
Refund or exchange is possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
From the 16th day after purchase until the end of the applicable product warranty:
If a specific warranty is indicated on the product page, that warranty takes precedence. If no warranty is specified, the present general warranty applies automatically.
- Order error or non-defective product: No refund or exchange.

Defective product under 1-year warranty:
Free repair or replacement (parts and labor included) for manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required. The following are excluded: normal wear and tear, improper use, excessive discoloration, stains applicable to linens, damage caused by accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. Normal aesthetic variations and the initial presence of lint residue on bedding are considered normal and do not constitute defects. Return shipping costs for repair are the responsibility of the customer. All repairs must be carried out by our service center; any repair or modification performed by an unauthorized provider will void the warranty. Once the repair is completed, Clinique Lafontaine may make the product available for pickup or ship it back to the customer at their expense.
