The hemlock contains a good percentage of borneol and/or bornyl acetate, which allows it to act directly on the limbic brain. It is recognized as an effective antidepressant in a daily night diffusion treatment. The borneol it contains in good proportion is very effective as a sedative and for combating fatigue and stress.
