The Ravintsarais a well-known essential oil in aromatherapy, thanks to its antiviral, immune system-stimulating, and expectorant properties. Rich in cineole, it is particularly effective for clearing the respiratory tract and soothing winter infections such as colds, flu, sinusitis, and ear infections.
This essential oil is obtained from the leaves of the camphor tree cultivated in Madagascar. It is the ideal ally for diffusion to purify the ambient air and promote easier breathing. Its effectiveness is enhanced when used in synergy with eucalyptus radiata or globulus.

Instructions for use
Massage:To obtain a 25% dilution, ideal for massages, apply a few drops on the inside of the wrists and inhale as a preventive measure.
Essential Oil Diffuser:Add 15 drops of essential oil to a diffuser, use for 10 to 15 minutes once a day to purify the air from viruses and bacteria in a room measuring 10′ X 12′ (3 m X 4 m) or according to the size of the room. Use preventively from October to April inclusive.
Optimal positioning:Treatment room, lounge, family room and
bedroom.
Active dry inhalation:Apply 2 or 3 drops of essential oil on a handkerchief and breathe in for two minutes, morning and evening, to help reduce stress levels.
