Add 2 drops to the Moisturizing Restorative Cream for cell regeneration.
COMPRESSES FOR FACE AND BODY:
Mix 4 to 5 drops of the Quintessence Aromaceutical Formula with a lotion or gel for the face, then dilute in warm water. Soak a cloth, wring it out, then apply compresses to the affected areas.
DIFFUSION: Put 10 to 20 drops on the diffuser's aromatic pad.
MASSAGE: Before the massage oil, apply 3 to 4 drops directly to the affected area.
